Welcome to Overwatch Solutions
Established in October 2019 by Maurice (Muddy) and Tamala (Tam) Davis, Overwatch Solutions Limited is a whānau owned and operated business offering professional services within the Health and Safety sector.
Based in Palmerston North, our vision is to deliver first class training options, facilitate workplace assessments and offer consultancy throughout NZ.
We enable duty holders to understand their compliance requirements in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act (HSWA) 2015, relevant statutes, regulations, codes, good practice, standards and industry guidance.
We seek to develop long term relationships with our clients and focus on providing practical solutions that meet your demands.
Muddy
Prior to forming Overwatch Solutions, Muddy served as an Engineer in the NZ Army for over two decades. After retiring from service, he worked as an Operations Manager in the
Bio-Engineering field and spent four years with Safety n' Action, as a Regional Trainer Manager.
Within these roles Muddy has accumulated over 30 years of experience in construction, project and business management, adult education, workplace training and assessment.
Muddy has facilitated Health & Safety training and implemented safe work systems both domestically and offshore. In 2019 he was awarded the Skills PTE Crane Trainer of the Year, at the Crane Association of NZ (CANZ) Conference in Blenheim. In 2023 he was a CANZ Crane Trainer of the Year Finalist.

Tam
As well has holding down a full time job, Tam also oversees the scheduling and administration at Overwatch Solutions.
She is the driving force behind the company and brings a sense of calm and finesse to the operation.
Tam holds a diploma in beauty therapy. She has a keen eye for detail and works tirelessly to ensure our clients and partners receive quality outcomes that exceed expectation.
